About Us
Our Mission
The purpose of the North and Central Frontenac Food Bank is to provide food and resources for the benefit of those in need.
Our Organization
We have been feeding people in Central Frontenac and parts of North and South Frontenac, for
more than 10 years. Over that time, the number of individuals and families who rely on us for
assistance has grown.
In 2025 we filled 956 orders for 169 households including 149 individual children.
We provided over 4400 days of food!
We comply with the Ethical Food Bank Code provided by FeedOntario and as a certified
member of Food Banks Canada, we have adopted policies and procedures that guarantee an
individual’s right to access food, the right to file a complaint and protection of privacy.
In 2012 we became a registered charity. Our charitable number is 80125 8104 RR0001.
In January 2025 we incorporated as the North and Central Frontenac Food Bank Inc.
