The North and Central Frontenac Food Bank has a simple mission
"To provide food and resources for the benefit of those in need"
We achieve this by providing fresh produce, eggs, dairy, frozen food, canned food and dry food once per month to individuals and families in need.
If you need help, we are here for you.
You can help end hunger by donating or volunteering today!
In 2025 we filled 956 orders for 169 households including 149 individual children.
We provided over 4400 days of food!
