Where do you live?
We provide assistance to individuals and families living in Central Frontenac, parts of South
Frontenac, and parts of North Frontenac including these surrounding communities

Tichborne​
​If you live outside these areas, we will direct you to a neighbouring Food Bank that may be able to help.
How often can I receive help?
You can receive orders of food once per month, on request. Orders are distributed from our
premises on Tuesday and Friday mornings. We are unable to offer delivery services.
How do I request a food order?
There are 3 ways to order food:

Confirm your eligibility
- Contact you to arrange a specific time to pick up your order
CONTACT US BY 12 NOON ON MONDAY FOR TUESDAY PICK UP OR BY 12 NOON ON THURSDAY FOR FRIDAY PICK UP.
​If you do not receive a response from our Food Bank volunteer, please contact us to find out
when your order will be ready for pickup.
​​​​What information do I have to provide?
​​If you are new to our Food Bank, you need to register with us. You will need to provide:

​​Permanent address of your household

Names and birthdates of all people living in your household

Contact information
-
Type of household income
-
Any special needs, including dietary restrictions
​If you are already registered with us and there have been changes to your information or
household, please let us know.
​​Is my information kept confidential?
​All information provided is treated confidentially to protect your privacy.
What happens when I arrive at the Food Bank for my order?
Food Bank volunteers prepare your order according to the number of people living in your
household and any special needs. They will have it ready for your scheduled pickup time.
Upon arrival, Volunteers will ask your name and provide you with a hamper containing your
food order. You will be given space to pack your food items in your own bags.
​​PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BAGS TO PACK YOUR ORDER.
If you are unable to pick up your order at the arranged time, you may have someone else pick it up for you. Please let us know the name of the person who will be picking up your order.
