How to Help

We rely on and are grateful for the generous contributions of food and money from individuals,
businesses and associations. These contributions allow us to support individuals and families in our community who do not have enough to eat. We are also thankful for the many individuals who volunteer their time to attend fundraisers, manage the food order process, prepare orders, greet clients, purchase food, stock shelves and manage the operations and financials for the Food Bank.
How can I help?
More than any other way, you can help fight hunger through monetary donations. Our volunteers make every effort to purchase food in bulk to reduce costs and maximize the amount and variety of food we can provide. We regularly survey clients to ensure that the food we provide is meeting their needs and not going to waste. We also support local suppliers who provide items on a timely basis, often at a reduced cost.
Our organization is a registered charity and upon request, will issue a tax receipt for monetary donations.
